Navigate to the folder you want to create a task bar shortcut to.

1. Click on the 3 dots '...' on the top right hand corner of the browser window
2. A drop down menu will appear, click on More Tools
3. A 3rd menu will slide open, and select "Pin to taskbar" or "Pin to Start"

You will get a notification to confirm that this is what you want do, press yes.

You will see it appear in your task bar right away.
