Just before you enter the details for a new ticket, please login to the company ticketing portal here. 

Click on the "Login here" link next to "Are you a customer?"

Use your company email: Firstname.Lastname@languagedisorder.org.au

Enter your password, the same one you use to log into your PC, press Next.

You will be prompted by your Authenticator, but feel free to stay logged in. :)
