Open the Settings app > Tap on "Mobile" > Tap on "Wi-Fi Calling"

A different way to locate Wi-Fi calling:

Open the Settings app > In the search field, search "wifi calling" > Tap on "Wi-Fi Calling" and toggle it on.

Select a SIM line if your iPhone has multiple SIMs.
